City Eatery Program

The City of Bloomington has partnered up with EarthKeepers to provide 16 restaurants and food service businesses the opportunity to try our commercial kitchen collection service at no cost for 3 months.

This collaboration will allow local restaurants to experience the cost savings and process improvements of waste reduction without risk, help the city progress on its Climate Action Plan - Waste Goals, and advance the EarthKeepers mission to unlock the benefits of composting and resource recovery for the community.

For additional details on the program including the full service description, an informational webinar, and the application criteria and process, visit the city’s designated program page here. Also check out the WFHB local feature report.
